    A Vet #pupdate

    I am leaving the office early today to take Wilson to the vet. Will update later.

    UPDATE:  2100hrs 10th December 2010 - The vet couldn't find anything obviously wrong, so took some blood samples and has kept a wee sample Wilson provided.  We should get the results tomorrow, and the vet will ring with the details in the morning.

    UPDATE 2:  1600hrs 11th December 2010 - The vet thinks Wilson has an infection possibly a UTI.  The bloods came back normal apart from an elevated white cell count.  Plus there is a trace of blood in his urine, which is also more dilute than it should be (because he's drinking so much).  The vet has prescribed a seven day course of antibiotics and wants another wee specimen after that, to check everything is back to normal.
